Had a great time. We go every year at Christmas with the family. Place was clean the food was excellent. Service was the best. Recommend for any family gathering.

I have been to this location many times, mainly during the holidays, to enjoy some bowling and merriment. Overall, I think this is great place to go bowling with a small or large group. It is spacious with a lot of lanes and a good atmosphere. The bar serves a variety of food and beverages for reasonable prices. The staff when we’ve gone has been incredibly friendly and accommodating. Bowling: we usually rent a lane by the hour, and this is a good options if you play a brisk pace of bowling and want to get in higher volume of games. As I mentioned before, there are 32 lanes so I’ve personally never had an issue getting a lane. They’re usually open with limited hours on holidays so you can enjoy some fun with the whole family. We usually have a group of 20 – 30 year olds so the music choices and ambiance are perfect for us: top 40/popular music/hip-hop with a disco-bowling lighting and on-screen animations that can be manually selected based on preference Food: The bar inside has standard bar food and very reasonably priced pitchers of beer. You can hang out near the bar or bring the food to your bowling alley where there are tables on the otherside of the lane, nearby to watch your cousin throw gutterballs, but not so close to spill beer on all the balls. Equipment: This is where I had to dock Pheasant to 4 stars. The selection of balls was overall limited in scope and many of the balls were worn. Bowling shoes were worn down, but I expected that from any bowling ally. Overall always a fun time and reasonably priced for the amount of entertainment

I used to be a fan of this place, and would regularly take my girls here on Saturday afternoon to bowl. I will no longer spend my money here after my last 3 experiences. My main gripe is with the customer service at the desk. There is a younger guy(and his sister?) that work the desk. The guy is SO rude. He makes smarty pants comments to everyone, and makes everyone feel stupid. I refuse to spend money somewhere where they treat you like crap. Also, during the day when there are birthday parties going on(the majority for kids under 8) they play music that I surely wouldn’t want my kids repeating. Until they change«the help,» I won’t be back.

Visited the attached Kegler’s Pub for Karaōke night. I can’t say enough good things about the staff there. Everyone was so absolutely friendly that I felt like they were a large family and I was being welcomed to a slightly rowdy holiday party. Charlie of Sparrow Entertainment was utterly charming and ran a great Karaōke night, making sure everyone had a chance to have a good time. The beer was a decent deal, and served in substantial plastic mugs that almost fooled me into thinking I was drinking from glass. I wouldn’t mind seeing a better selection of draft beers, but at least they go a bit beyond Bud and Bud Lite. Kegler’s pizza is a nice example of the salty, thin-crust, cut-into-squares variety, designed to make you want to drink more, I’m sure. Don’t expect it to be an exquisite gourmet pie or a healthy pile of vegetables, but enjoy it as a fine snack to go with your cheap beer. I’m looking forward to going back.

Came here with a group for 9−11pm unlimited bowling($ 8), which included shoe rental. We had plenty of room, and each person was able to pay their own way at the start, which made it a breeze. Other than that it’s your typical bowling alley, which is to say… fun!
