I gave this place a shot because I was in a hurry and was having trouble with other locations taking my insurance. My visit was seemingly great! I picked out some frames in 15 minutes, the employee was super nice and patient. Told me glasses would be ready in a week. I called exactly one week after and was told I had to wait for them to call me, they had no estimated time of arrival — which was fine. Then another week passed… no phone call. I called exactly 2 weeks after my purchase to be told by another employee that someone ‘should have called me’ to say that my glasses were delayed because the anti-reflective characteristic was forgotten on my lenses. This man said he would give me some items complementary(which I didn’t get in the end) and he was nice. I was pretty disappointed, but not super upset. Finally, I was able to come pick up my glasses 17 days after I bought my frames. I walked in to the same man who helped me on the first day. I said I was here to pick up glasses, he took my name, pulled them out, had me put them on… and that was pretty much it. It didn’t seem like he was aware of how uncoordinated this glasses transaction was as he didn’t acknowledge how late this order was. I was a little disappointed by how thick my lenses turned out to be. I knew right away that would be an issue with my terrible vision, which is why I asked for frame advice in the very beginning. I don’t mind the glasses, but the lenses are slightly obnoxious. I wish he would have advised me better when I had asked him about frames that could support the lens thickness my eyes required. 2 stars for the nice people I had talked to(note: there is one lady that I like to avoid at this location), but as a glasses service, my experience was not great.

Scheduled an appointment a month in advance, received a confirmation and reminder email a few days before before my appointment, etc. Everything was going fine as usual. When I show up 15 minutes early today, the person working was helping someone else. Not a big deal, I waited patiently until she finally asked if she could help me, 5 minutes after my appointment time. I say I have an appointment at 11am and was met with«no you dont. I don’t have a dr. Here today» She claimed they left me multiple voicemails(without even asking my name or contact info, so how does she know?). However, I never received one voicemail from them at any point. She never apologized or offered to reschedule my appointment. I’ve never been so annoyed in a customer service experience, and will be finding a new eye doctor to go to from now on. Thanks for wasting my time, pearle vision.

I went in a couple days ago with a request about getting my PD measurement. There was a grumpy older lady there and as soon as I asked her for help, she started questioning my intentions about if I am going to buy glasses from her that day. I would expect good customer service(esp. at the MOA) with threat of better online buying options today. She was rude and condescending and I hope that customers are valued whether they are going to buy something that day or not. I will not be going in here for anything again. Very disappointing.

I was in dire need of some new contacts and needed a place that was open on Sunday. So, here it was. I normally won’t go to a «corporate» vision center(not sure why), but decided that this was my best choice. I booked my appointment online with all too much ease. Showed up a couple of hours later, and was in and out in less than an hour. The office is nice. Yes ‘nice’ is an overused and boring word, but what else can you say about a corporate lobby area of a vision center! Mark did a fantastic job checking my vision!(And we found out that we grew up only a couple of miles apart in small town Wisconsin, but didn’t know each other until now.) He was helpful and informative as was the rest of the staff. Now, silly me for bringing an expired insurance card, but I did. They ended up charging me for the appointment as they said they would if there were any problems with the insurance. However, I was able to go back and successfully get the transaction reversed. It was a pain, as a manager is only there until 6 every night, but in the end, I got my money back. They have a mediocre selection of glasses. What they do have, resembles the other glasses on the shelf(yes, I know they are all glasses), leaving you with little variety in style to choose from. Go there for a quick, easy and affordable appointment. Take your prescription and get glasses elsewhere. If you have to spend money, you might as well spread it around!
