Being a McDonalds in Bloomington Indiana, I can honestly say I’m not surprised with it’s dumpiness and poor service. After waiting in the drive thru for 25 mins, they still managed to screw up my order, figure it out.

This is considered by many college students to be one of the slowest McDonald’s in America. The average wait time for an evening meal, in the dining room, is around 10 minutes. I once waited in drive through for 15 minutes and then they had the audacity to tell me they were closed because it was 1:00am! Luckily I told them I had been waiting and wasn’t going to leave without ordering. Overall it took 28 minutes for me to receive my food. I would not recommend going there for food. Go with Steak & Shake, Taco Bell, Burger King, or any other fast food joint for that matter. I’m still baffled how this McDonald’s can call itself Fast Food.

The slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever had to experience and the orders are incorrect roughly half of the time.

Can I give less stars than one? Without a doubt the worst McDonalds in America. Slowest, dirtiest, least kind.

I’m pretty easy to please. This is. Hands down. The slowest McDonald’s in existence.

This place has gotten me sick on more than one occasion. They cant help but mess up 90% of orders. Poor management that does not care that the employees are inept. I will never go to any mcdonalds ever again and will recommend the same to my friends. Worst fast food ever.

How many things can a crew screw up? LONG wait, 20 – 25 minutes in a short drive-through line. Ordered lemonade, told the machine wasn’t working. At the pick-up window, when I pointed out I’d ordered a large diet coke instead of the medium she’d given me, did she pour a new drink? NO – she opened the medium, dumped it into a large cup, and gave it to me without apology. I wanted to call the manager for that, but even more I just wanted to get out of there! Was finally given a bag of food, then told(not asked, no «please» or apology) to give it back because«it was the wrong one.» When we got home, we found that though I’d ordered and paid for a six-piece nugget happy meal with ranch dip and apple slices, we were given a 4-piece, no sauce, and the diced apples they give out for the oatmeal. Lousy experience, just a parade of screwups. UPDATE: Oh, and when I told them all this on their online survey(see the invite at the top of your receipt), I got an e-mail a week later saying, basically, «Sorry your experience sucked. We care. Come back and spend more money here.» I replied to say what about not giving us what we paid for, and lo! the customer service rep had used a bad e-mail address! Kinda iced the whole cake.

Visited on 6÷7÷2015. Ordered two triple cheeseburgers, a large fry and a side salad with balsamic dressing. While the burgers were acceptable, that was the only thing right about this visit. Opening the bag that contained the salad, it became clear that they did not even bother to close the lid of the container; the salad was spilled out all over the bottom of the bag. In addition, the salad dressing they gave me was wrong — I received southwest dressing when I had ordered balsamic. To top it off all, my fries were blatantly cold and soggy. Given the plethora of good, locally owned restaurant options in Bloomington(far better than McDonald’s), the fact that this restaurant would provide such horrible service is very surprising, to say the least. Next time, do yourself a favor and skip the mediocre food and bad service, and go somewhere local for your burgers, fries and salads(Buffa Louie’s, anyone?).

Sitting in the drive thru and we finally get to the order speaker and the cashier says«welcome to McDonald’s, it will be 10 minutes before I can take your order.» Really? What’s up with that?

So its Mickey Ds. All is the same here. I just think the owners need to do some assessment to their morning operations and how to improve their services. In such a prime location, you would think that the morning crew and rush hour crews would be large in numbers to accommodate the crowds, but I not seen this be the case. Lines are wrapped around the building via the drive thru and many people are in the lobby, with one register open in the inside, no main runners packing food, and maybe two people in the kitchen. Since I used to work in McDonald’s, this seems ill-prepared for your crowds. Just a note to management. By the way, I have done LOTS of surveys in hopes service would improve but nope, nothing.

Stopped in for morning coffee. Place was crowed but only 1 register open. They were cleaning the soft serve machine and the place stunk!

Hands down, without a doubt, the single dirtiest restaurant I’ve been in… well in years, maybe ever. And that’s counting outside the US as well ;) I was at the counter and I looked down to see this plastic box with four or five ketchup packets at the bottom… I think they were stuck there because I could also see this… uhm… yellowish sauce that had hardened and then accumulated various crumbs and bits of dust and stuff. I looked at the girl at the register and asked her why they were labelled«fancy ketchup», since it didn’t look too fancy. She laughed so hard… hahahah, yay! How funnneeeee lookit tha dirt! There was a literal«swarm of flies» in the… uhm… «dining room». Oh the other funny part was watching this girl slide a mop around the kitchen, but not bothering to sweep first. So it was like this flotilla of McGarbage, chicken bits, anything and everything that the mc staff had dropped on the floor being scooted around by a mop. Yeah good times. Guess the health inspector never makes it over this way.
