Didn’t receive cookies with all three meals we ordered them with or straws for out drink. I should get what I pay for!

If you want good chicken that you will enjoy and not this nasty chicken that the colonel would be ashamed to serve then go down the road to BROWNS chicken. Browns chicken 4 stars and awesome sides, get the corn fritters!

Shift Manager Andrew told me on the phone I would be refunded for an order that I did not eat due to frosting all over the boxes and bag. In addition, the white frosting got all over my blouse and pants when Tonya(drive through window cashier) angrily handed me my order. After driving back to KFC, I asked for Andrew, but the Assistant Manager, Cari Blessing, came to the window and stated that she would process the refund and gave me back only $ 2.08 which was not the complete amount. When I mentioned that I paid $ 12.75 she said they would only refund the biscuits. I explained that Andrew said they would refund my complete order because the food was inedible, she cut me off saying he should not have said that. I asked for the manager contact information and she gave me the name of Bartlett Corporation in Clinton, IL. When I asked her if she could write it down, she told me I was holding up the drive through line and said I could look up the information. When I explained that I was inconvenienced and asked again for her to write down her managers contact information. She scribbled something o a piece of paper I could not read. At this point, I did not want to anger her more than was obvious. Both the cashier and the Assistant Manager, Cari Blessing, were angry and rude. When I drove up to the drive through window the second time, Tonya slammed the window on me saying she would not help me out. When I asked Cari, the Asst. Mgr, to write down the contact information –she was noticeably angry and slammed the window, without explanation, and slapped the paper in my hand. I will never eat here again. They have hygiene issues that should be of concern to the health department, and more importantly anger issues and bad management. They do not honor what they say, and do not care about their customers. Horrible place and people.

It was Saturday night. As my son and I pulled up, the main KFC sign was off. An employee was smoking right outside the door, and I asked«are you closed?» he replied«the drive thru is open». I pulled around. The sign was not lit up. I said«your sign isn’t lit up so I can’t see what to order». I ordered with difficulty. I didn’t know the prices. There were no extra crispy wings. I finally just said give me 12 wings mix and match of whatever you have left, plus 4 e.c. breasts, large mashed potato, large coleslaw and large dr pepper. I was left with 5 minutes of silence. Then told they were trying to calculate best price for me. I finally pulled up the window. Another 5 min wait. Gave my credit card to pay. Wait. 8 min later, receipt and pen is handed to me with my credit card underneath. Wish I had known that. So now my credit falls to the ground between my car and the store window. I’m asked to back up. Thankfully no one else was at the restaurant or in the drive-thru. My son jumped out and picked up my card. She apologized, but I’m really unimpressed for such shitty service in the dark all for $ 37.15 worth of mediocre chicken. I now remember why I never go to KFC. Perhaps the employees were hoping to look closed so that they could cut out early and go party. I don’t know. I won’t be back. Ever.

LOVE the new grilled chicken. It’s got great flavor and is very juicy. The restaurant itself could use a little makeover — everything seems very dated.
