Horrible customer service. The lady named Teresa was rude. I tried to return something and they have a different return policy in the store than what was printed on my reciept. She was nasty about it, needless to say, I got my refund, but she made it so unpleasant that I will probably NEVER shop Joann Fabrics again!!!#

I live in Champaign and I rather drive an hour to this Joann. They are very nice and know what you are talking about. If you have a question and ask they will answer to the best they can and if they can’t customers will answer it for you. They have more then what the store in Champaign have and a wider variety. They held fabric for me for a couple of days since I told them I am coming from Champaign.

I am on a fixed budget but need to have a fix of my fabrics every now and then. I used to shop here on a regular basis… but started to get a lot of resistance from certain employees when I used more than one coupon per transaction(which never used to be a problem). I also was shopping for a particular fabric and was told they didn’t carry it and had to drive out to Peoria to purchase it. A week later, when I asked another employee when/if they would ever be ordering any, she showed me where it was in the store. I was livid! I had to find a babysitter and make the trek out to Peoria b/c an employee had no idea what she was talking about. Booooo Joann Fabrics… Also, there’a «end of the bolt» discount that Joann’s does if the fabric you’re purchasing is less than a yard(they’re supposed to give you 50% off the price of it) and when I brought it to an employee’s attention, I was told she already marked it and didn’t know how to redo it. What? Are you kidding me? When I lived in Naperville, the Joann’s there bent over backwards to help me out. I’m so disappointed by the Joann’s here.
