If I could leave NO stars I would. This place is a scam. A bait and switch with Living Social voucher. High pressure up sales tactics. I actually confronted them… luckily my 220 LB. er was standing there. They did clean and gave an add on… they said. First they called to ask if being at the end of the scheduled time would be ok. I said fine… but they showed up 1 hour later than that! The surly first guy stunk like a french w — — in an effort to cover up the alcohol stench.
I had pulled out my checkbook to prepare to write an additional $ 26 for 13 steps… couldn’t find it when time to pay… called bank and closed account… odd??? Gave them cash. I called and asked boss to call me back… no return call yet 4 days later… I won’t hold my breath!!!

Extremely disappointed with the couches that J&J cleaned so I called the next day (Thursday) and said my couches looked streaked and needed to be fixed and asked them to call me. I didn’t hear from them so I put a stop payment on the check as they only accepted cash or check (big red flag). They called me the following Wednesday when they realized I had put a stop payment on the check. I told them I didn’t feel they would come back (which was obviously true) and fix them without doing that. They tried bullying me into paying and telling me that it was illegal to stop payment and they would sue me. I said if you fix my couches I will gladly pay you the next day when they dry as your track record for following up obviously isnt very good. They called 15 minutes before they were supposed to come and redo them and said they couldn’t make it. I talked to the owner and he told me that is was fine to pay the next day and that he personally would come out and clean my couches and the carpet that didn’t look good. But instead the pushy, lying sales guy I dealt with in the first place came out and demanded payment before he would do the couches. So we told him to leave as the streaks appear to be from too hot of water used to clean them and I wasn’t confident they could fix them and no way was I paying first.
Also beware of the claim to clean 3 rooms for $ 44 and 5 for $ 59 but when they came to my house they started out at $ 539 for 4 rooms 2 couches and 13 steps as they said the Living Social deal wasn’t a very good cleaning. If you don’t like high pressure sales tactics and horrible customer service, stay away from this company. I learned my lesson and will only go with more reputable carpet cleaning companies who up front tell you that it will cost more and don’t come and try to rip you off when they show up…
