Ifft Quality Fencing

Worst customer service I’ve experienced. Took ½ my money indicated fence would be done and installed in a few weeks. after 30 days i had not heard a word, and got the run around from Chucks wife. It took 90 days to get a simple fence installed. Terrible, terrible business practices. do not work with this company, you will regret it,

Putting my review back up as somehow it was removed (Chuck asked me to take it down because it was causing him to lose business and I refused). Ifft is the best price in town, but we sacrificed service and quality to save money. It took months beyond the promised date to get our fence installed and then more months to get the defective gate they put in replaced. My husband had to get rude with the office staff to get any information or commitment. It was finally repaired and all in working order… Just took a long time and ALOT of phone calls on our part to get the job done. We had several panels blow out in the wind, but hired Bloomington Fence to repair it. So far very pleased with their work and service.

With the storm in our neighborhood a few weeks ago every fence on the block was damaged except ours!!! Super proud of Ifft fencing

All this guy cares about is money. He’ll take your money and not get back to you for months and months. His work is below average and he dry pours the concrete. If I wanted it done this poorly I would have done it myself. He’s a real fast talker and a real slow/​poor worker.
