DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME!!! Worst experience with a business EVER. The first time they came to our house they didn’t even bring enough carpet to finish, so now they have to come back to finish and were TWO AND AHALF HOURS LATE!!! We completely rushed and reorganized our entire house and plans for the day for what? For THIS!?? This is completely unacceptable and totally unprofessional. When we called the office to complain the lady could care less that we were experiencing bad customer service. After what my family and I have been put through with this company we will NEVER use, refer or recommend HM Flooring Group again. The 4 guys that installed the carpet were speedy and sweet because they new I was upset. Its the company that sucks. Whoever the woman are in the office need to learn a thing or two about customer service, the men who installed the carpet get 5 stars. Too bad you can’t give zero stars on here for the business because that’s exactly what they deserve.
