We are AAA members. Chad’s responded tonight quickly and efficiently. The young man was very professional and made sure we were taken care of. Excellent service.

I had AAA, and my car wouldn’t start. Evidently, Chad’s is AAA’s vendor in Bloomington. Three times over the course of two days, I called AAA who called Chad’s to jump start my car. Each time, they jumped my car and told me that there was no problem with my battery. The first person said it was corrosion on my battery terminal. The second person told me that the battery was fine, but I don’t believe he tested it. The third person jumped started my car, tested the battery, and told me that my battery wasn’t the problem. From there, I drove it to AutoZone, who replaced my battery, and, voilà, my car is good as new. This company is beyond incompetent.
