At the 2015 home show we gave them a deposit to hold«special» show discounted pricing. After coming to our home they eventually(after having to call and leave messages) said they sent quotes via mail but never receive them even after checking to make sure he had the right address. I got lots of excuses and run around instead of an apology and asking how to make it right. I was greatly disappointed with the lack of customer service I recieved & choose not to use their services. Update: A month later I recieved a call telling me to remove this negative review. After refusing he offered to refund me my deposit back if I removed this review! Really? Ask me how you can make your service better.
