For whatever reason, I needed the OS reinstalled on my laptop and Bamjac did a fine job. But, they set themselves up as the home page when I launch a browser and installed Avast for my security provider. When I moved and my internet provider included McAfee, I tried to uninstall Avast. When I contacted Bamjac by email about the problem, I was ignored. I still have 14 files on my machine that require their tools apparently. At least they haven’t caused a problem yet.
They would have more likely gotten positive word of mouth if they hadn’t stuck their commercial in my face during restarts.

I called about 11:00 am. MJ came same day; he knew I was in a pickle (I work from home). My work technology firm could not fix, but HE DID! He called when he was on his way) came to home to fix network and internet issues, worked quickly and efficiently, and even let me watch because I think computers are fun. His work was excellent and he stayed until we made sure every device was back online. Couldn’t be happier! Trustworthy.
