I had a great experience with Active Locks 24 – 7. I initially chose their services because I found a Groupon deal and needed the locks re-​keyed in a rental house I own. Ron with Active Locks 24 – 7 was very professional and thorough in assessing the locks that needed re-​keying and making recommendations. He was prompt and called my contact number prior to arrival to make me aware he was on his way. When he arrived, I was attempting to get a padlocked door unlocked. I asked for help and he happily got out his tools and went to work on it, and fitted it with a new padlock that works great. I ended up having to have the locks re-​keyed again within 5 days (due to renter issues) and Ron was able to squeeze in an appointment the following morning. The new keys work perfectly. I’ll gladly use Active Locks 24 – 7 in the future — trustworthy, reliable, and professional!

Excellent all around: flexibility on an appointment time; called within hour of appointment and advised (on time) eta; cost seemed below average based on my internet searches. I thought I had to replace lock/​hardware but he found a small issue and fixed only that. I would recommend to others and use again.
