This is the worst Taco Bell location I have ever been to. I come here from time to time because the location is convenient, but that is the only thing convenient about it.
My orders are never correct here, as I order without meat because i am vegetarian. i am lucky if they get this right. I do not get good service here, when you ask for something specific they look at you like youre fron another planet.
its never that clean, and the air conditioning is extremely cold.
I know its just Taco Bell but they can do better.
Also there is a very creepy employee herr who makes awkward remarks to me when i come in and makes it very uncomfortable to eat here.

I never had worst service than this Taco Bell. I was in a rush because I only have a 30min lunch break and went to this Taco Bell. I saw a long line outside and no line inside. I went inside and no one was in the front. Then later someone from the back said it would be one moment I said it was fine because I understood it was busy. Then it passes 5 mins and said it would be one moment again. They were rushing to finish the drive thru which I thought wasn’t fair because I could have been in and out if I went through drive thru 5 mins later someone comes in and it waiting too and they still didn’t take my order till 5 mins later again. Then they finally take me my order and make me wait another 5 mins. I didn’t get to enjoy my lunch because it was over by the time I got back to work.

It’s Taco Bell, you know you’re not getting organic, gluten free, all natural, authentic Mexican cuisine which I would not knock Taco Bell for not serving. You go here because they are open late, they are cheap and it’s ok. Sometimes you just want some form of tortilla stuffed with mystery ingredients that taste anywhere from «meh» to «I shouldn’t like this but I do.»
A bonus is the new Diablo hot sauce. Not as hot as you think but it spiced up the Taco Bell lineup a little.

Horrible service. Very slow and can’t get an order right. When the order is right, it’s cold. Don’t waste your time or money on this location. The food is not up to an standard other than garage.

Can’t ever get my order right in the drive through, so I always have to end up going inside either way. Might as well just go inside to order to save the hassle!

i love taco bell, but this location is the worst! it makes rural, off the highway locations look good.
there is a far superior TB 6 minutes away, east on army Trail. i regularly drive the extra mile for better service, better ambiance, and friendly atmosphere.
this TB lacks TV’s, background music, customer service, cleanliness. the list goes on. i do not even recall buckets for hot sauce, i’m pretty sure i had to ask someone for sauce. on the North side of the rundown Stratford mall you’ll find El Burrito Loco. great Mexican food for the Gringo or Texan alike. (read my review!)
so there are your 2 alternatives, El Burrito Loco, walking distance, or a better taco bell on Army Trail just east (north side of the street). you’re welcome!

It’s a Taco Bell — never had an issue with the drive through and open late which is a bonus. No need to be afraid of this location.

Going here for a long time now, only had one bad experience which was fixed. I am a vegetarian so I made sure that the order had beans and no meat. I go home with a bag full of meat. Very disappointing but I called the manager and gave me a refund which was applied on the next visit.

+ Cheapest calories you can purchase through a drive-​thru
+ One of the few places open to the wee hours of the morning, try 1:30am
+ Drive-​thru folks mostly get the order right
Cons:
— Thinking about what goes in your taco
