Got here when they opened and they had one employee working! The same person took your paperwork, verified your health insurance and did your labwork. So I had to wait about 20 minutes for the one person in front of me. Now, I have a problem when it comes to bloodwork and the employee was very sensitive and helpful. I was doing ok until I saw the 6 vials that had to be filled. Then I told her my situation and she did everything she could to make sure I was comfortable. I did forget to bring some food with me and I really think she would have whipped out a granola bar or something if she had one. The facility itself I was not so happy with. The floor in the waiting room needed a good vacuuming. The table that I had to lay down on had none of that paper and I really didn’t want to put my head on that pillow, who knows how many people had done that. Sorry, but we’ve had head lice at our school forever, so you think about that stuff. Their phone was answered by a machine that blasted the message throughout the office and that was annoying. This location was easy to find, but the map I got from Yahoo was wrong. I got specific directions from the message on their answering machine.
