I never shop at Footlocker in this mall because it’s extremely small and their selection isn’t the greatest, but my son wanted to go to a mall close to home and go quickly. Not only was he able to find a pair of shoes that he liked but I was able to use a coupon that I have been holding on to for the last five years. I had the customer service rep dying laughing. But he let me use it. Although it’s a small store it’s very clean and organized. The customer service representative Jay was awesome.

This place is a joke with a staff that are mentally challenged. On Wednesday, they asked my son if he wanted a chance to win a pair of free retro threes. They called him on Thursday and told him he wo a free pair and to come in and pick them up on Saturday. We went in to get them and they said it will be 170 bucks. What a crappy place.

I went to talk to someone about a customer using my stolen credit card and it was less than helpful. How does someone get away with using my card when my photo is on the card, and if that wasn’t enough it says SEEID!!! The only bonus was they have cameras for the police to use for thefts. Seriously my photo is on my card!!!

As an avid basketball player, having the right pair of shoes can make your games much more comfortable. I normally wear high-tops, but when the Nike Kobe Zoom IV’s came out, they got rave reviews for a low-top. Okay, I say, lets pay the shoe people a visit at Foot Locker! The store itself is very small, basically a little corner tucked away inside of Stratford Square. The young man who was alone in the store to help four other customers not including myself was friendly, but obviously needed another person to handle all the customers. He finally made his way over to me and asked what I needed. Upon asking him about the Zoom IV’s, he said that the Stratford Square store wasn’t scheduled to get any of them. Huh? These are super popular, super advertised basketball shoes? What’s the point of having a shoe outlet catering to basketball players mostly if you don’t have a model that people want? I also asked him to check several other makes and models, few of which they actually had in the store, plus fewer still that were in my size 13 feet in stock. Overall, I don’t recommend anyone pay a visit to this place, as paying a price premium for shoes that are often not in stock just seems like folly.
