Cancelled my appointment and asked me to reschedule to an evening appointment on a Saturday night. Was really looking forward to a pain free weekend.

Been a member for a few months now and this place is my preference over their known competitor! The massages are more targeted for specific issues and the therapists seemed more therapeutically trained. I recommend David– very nice, consistently and great massage! Only recommendation would be to have upgrades like hot stones or aroma therapy. Either way– great value for being a member!!!

Went in for a couple’s massage this past Wednesday. The experience overall was great. They do not cheat you out of your time. If you arrive early as explained when booking the appointment, you will not have any issues with your timed massage. The therapists were professional. The front desk is nice & they do explain the memberships, perks, etc. but are not too pushy with it. We will be back.

Elements massage in bloomingdale IL is fantastic. The office staff is friendly and helpful and the therapists are top notch. Totally recommend therapist Leah. You will feel amazing after your appointment!

I bought the membership and was somewhat satisfied by the price, but disappointed by the availability. If you like a certain person — good luck ever getting them again. They are always booked and never have decent availability and times. The quality of massagers is mediocre. Some really good and some just horrible.

Unfair strict membership policy. Does not honor Groupon and first time client membership offers.
Given a Groupon gift, ETM would not honor the Groupon, and first time membership offer.
First time membership $ 49.99 with a free month and one free massage service. I paid the membership offer and planning to give the Groupon away.
When I cancelled the membership online they didn’t honor it because they need a signature in person. Not convenient because I’m canceling due to this being a bad location for me.
Also, I’m obliged to PAY for the LAST THREE MONTHS that I did not use – waste of time, money and POOR business ethics.

I have had a number of deep-​tissue and therapeutic massages here, due to tightness and pain in various muscles, and had a great experience. The staff is professional and competent, and the rooms are clean and have a relaxing atmosphere to it.

They get 1 star because you have to give something. To be fair my first massage with Andrew made me sign up for a program he is fabulous and I would follow him to another place. Since then I have been unable to get an appointment with him even when I reserve a time with him. Same thing happened to my husband, so this makes me believe this is policy not a fluke. When I scheduled a time with him they called 24 hours in advance to confirm and gave me another therapist, then wanted to charge me a cancel fee. I tried to cancel over phone and you can’t have to do it in person, went to store front was questioned on the pause option. When I said no and filled out the form they said I would be charged another month because it has to be a month in advance even though I tried. I have been here three times and the desk staff is always new, I guess that says something too. My hubby took the other therapist and was left with a pressure bubble that took me several days to soothe out with me massaging. Sad we were hoping to have finally found a great massage place. Good luck if you try this place.

Their massage therapists are very good. However, do not sign up for their «membership». I signed up; I am currently trying to recover from major surgery and will not be able to use their services for at least 6 months — maybe ever. So I called to request that my membership be cancelled. They will not let me cancel the membership unless I go in person to their location. I cannot do this, so I asked to have their paperwork mailed to me. They refused to do this. I guess that if I had died on the operating table they would insist on their right to bill my estate for the monthly charge forever.
For an occasional visit, they’re fine. But do not under any circumstances sign up for membership.

Service: $ 49 intro offer (55 minute massage) via SpaFinder giftcard. No issues with the gift card.
Erin did a great job taking what I told her and applying it to the massage. It was firm but never too deep. I recommend her.
Also, the location has plenty of parking. The office is clean. The customer service was prompt and friendly. I was expecting the membership pitch at the end so that’s not adversely affecting the review. It’s quick and painless. For the record, I didn’t buy it and they didn’t push.
I’ll be back at some point. Finding time for massages is the hard part.

I get massages here and they are great. service and massage and atmosphere was tops. Great new build out… nice couples room… of course, then you eat at Buffalo wild wings after.:) Asian Zing…

Had a great first-​time experience at Elements Massage yesterday. The receptionist was professional, friendly and helpful, I was able to get an appointment same day, and my massage therapist did a great job relieving my sore neck and back. Would recommend!
