Came to this location after trying to find 2 other ones to no avail. Walked in with two boxes I had to return to Verizon and the gentleman behind the counter helpd me out within 5 minutes tops. He was quick efficient and made it as painless as possible for me. He had to scan every item in both boxes which were actual Verizon products so thank God I did not tape up the box before coming to this location.

Can’t I leave ZERO stars on purpose!?! Not for the UPS company but for this store location! I am a business owner that frequently uses UPS services… this time, I should have went FEDEX! I had a package that needed to be delivered with 2 Day Air. I dropped it on a Friday and a teenager(forgot name) took my package. I tried tracking package via internet and it said«in progress»…Sunday night, checked again and it said«in progress.». I thought it might be a glich in the computer system I phoned UPS800 Number on Monday and they told me it hasnt shipped yet. UPS corporate told me to call store. When I spoke to the Manager on Monday she located package in the store still sitting there! She offered NOAPOLOGIES to me over the phone and told me to call at 2pm to speak to the young man who took my package. Well, unlike the people who work at this store, I have a lot of responsibilities and couldn’t free myself to make the call. My package that was dropped on a Friday Arrived 5 Days later on Wednesday. If you value your time like money… Do yourself a favor and skip this place or go to another UPS location!!! Or go USPS…
