Grill Master

I was there on the day of their grand opening, Eaten everything on the menu. for that Type of restaurant, they are in a category all by themselves.
First-​rate high Quality food reasonably priced.
They don’t deliver to my area. I do a lot of pick up business it’s well worth the drive over there. However it’s a real challenge trying to get through on the phone and place an order.
I agree with the consensus of my fellow Unilocalers, Then as now their customer service sucks. and all it takes is a little bit of tweaking. For example they should operate with multiple lines that roll over with a hold feature. Pete’s sake please train someone to properly answer the phones.
One day angel face wanted some barbecue from the grill master «I’ll buy you fly» after two hours she was able to get through and place the order.
The total time it took from conception to ingestion over 3 ½ hours.
That’s when I realize how Under rated grill master is, angel face doesn’t suffer foolishness and incompetence well. 4 ½ stars for the food, two stars customer service. For the grand total of four stars.

Food is fantastic but the snotty bearded fat chick at the counter has got to go back to her act at the circus. Her customer service skills suck assssssssss!

Rice and Fries Horrible!!! Chicken is OK, but not enough for a whole chicken. Expensive and definitely not worth it. Never again!!!

The only reason why I’m writing this review is because of the customer service. Its Horrible all the time. i hate bad service. You can Clearly see that this is a family owned business and they don’t care about how they treat people.

That big headed b#tch that takes the orders is so f#cking rude she has no manners. This place has the worse customer service I have seen in my life!

The BBQ combo is amazing. The full rack combo can feed a family. The pork is the best of all the options. The seating isn’t great so it’s best for take out. Parking is a pain too, but it’s totally worth it.

I love coming to this place for their bbq combo, usually the beef ribs and the half chicken. What I believe separates them from the others is their perfectly cooked and seasoned rice and fries. It compliments the meat so well. Top that with their tangy hot sauce and you’re in bbq heaven

Love their bbq… The staff is not friendly, maybe because they’re always busy. Small space, only few tables but a lot of take outs and deliveries.

First time trying the food here and NOT disappointed. Did a delivery order for 11 people to our place of employment and everyone loved their food. A bit spicy for some, but food was A++ for the rest of us and good prices.
Will definitely order again!

This place is good. Call ahead for things like steak, fish or chicken wings (basically anything that isn’t a fast mover). May take about 20 minutes to a half hour. Service and food are pretty consistent. Flavor of the meats is on point. Although the food is slightly better, when they are busy. Portions are huge. Great value for your money. I have nothing but good things to say about this spot. Try it!

There food is okay, not going to lie. But I stopped eating here after they were closed for 2 weeks due to health violations. That’s enough to make me stop going there.

I have ordered from this place for years… food is great… but the service is awful. It takes about seven calls to get them to answer the phone. Once I got through I placed my order. Delivery came shortly after, and my food came with shrimp. That would be fine if I wasn’t allergic to seafood. I told the driver right away and he called the restaurant, and they claimed that I asked for shrimp. How does that even make sense? Last time I checked, I’m not suicidal. I don’t eat shrimp for health reasons. After explaining the driver brought the food back, and about twenty minutes later he came back just to return my money. The restaurant owner was upset and didn’t want to make another order for me!!! Mind you I didn’t go crazy cursing or lashing out insults. I just wanted food that won’t kill me. I am so disappointed, time wasted, and it’s a shame — it’s good food, but that service will probably never have me ordering again.

The worst service, the owners, staff is just down right rude and nasty. They are forgetting that their customers are their bread and butter. Plus there are plenty of bbq places in this area. I would skip this place… the food is just decent too. Not much to miss.

(Most the customers are not the Unilocaling type– no offense) it’s definitely deserving of a great review! THIS PLACE IS LEGIT!
1. Super inexpensive, huge portions, fast service
2. Chicken kebab has great seasoning, just a touch of heat, not greasy, but very succulent
3. Pork was tender, with that nice springy bite and not overly fatty
4. Ribs had a great bark, meaty but not overly fatty, good salt/​seasoning ~ you really get to dig into these and tear the meat off the bone!
As a competitive bodybuilder, I eat a ton of meat and like to think I know good meat when I taste it… This is some good meat!
Will def b back to try the chourico (Portuguese chorizo) and for more chicken n ribs!

Unfortunately, the service here has really declined. The phone is always busy and delivery takes over an hour. The last straw was when the order did not come with the usual BBQ sauce, when I called I was told they charge for the sauce now. I ordered ribs … ribs should come with sauce!

I truly love Grill Master. For years it’s been my TO GO place… It’s my holly grail on Sundays lol I just really wish they had more staff trained to pick up the phone to take orders. :-/

This place is GREAT.
The food tastes awesome and is a good price for what you get.
The best thing about this place is that all the meat is grilled using wood charcoal pits and not gas. In the words of the owner, «We don’t believe in gas [grilling] here.»

I will come here again and again and again and again. For me, it’s definitely worth the half hour drive!
