Busy, busy, busy. Dirty countertops and super crowded during prime hours. A sign at the door warns you have only 20 minutes to dine-in before they can kick you out. Service is minimally polite. While waiting on the long line you’re greeted with a sign that tells patrons to «help us work faster» by putting away cell phones, knowing what to order in advance, etc. Look, I agree with the sentiment, but putting up a sign with a list of what to do isn’t really the best first impression of customer service excellence. My French cruller was inexplicably mushy, but the English muffin egg/ham/cheese was good. Come in for take-out. Expect long lines and mediocre service. I will probably go to another DD nearby and avoid this hassle altogether.
