The service here is amazing, everyone is super smiling and attentive the girl who made my hair was really nice BUT the problem is that I don’t have what I asked for, I had my consultation appointment to show this girl what I wanted and I asked several times if that was possible she said super sure, YES you will have that colour I love it bla bla, the day of my appointment I told her: do you want to see the picture again because I am really excited about this colour, she said no I already saw it in my phone, I asked again if my hair finally will be that bright and she said YES. Well the end of my story is NO I don’t have the colour I asked for actually is darker and the price was higher because she put me a treatment that was not mentioned in the consultation. Should I be back NO I’m very disappointed.

Love liquid Salon. Got the best haircut and color I’ve had in years. I tend to be nervous about my hair but I trust this place. Andrea does a great job. I dont like to spend too much time styling. My hair is thick and unruly. It takes quite a while to get in under control for styling. With Andrea’s styling, it falls very nicely and takes minimal effort to style and looks good every time. I live in Denver Colorado and my mom lives in Michigan and I fly out just to have Zena Betti cut and color my hair! She’s the only one I trust and she always does an amazing job at making me look my best! My mom and sister also go to her! She’s super talented and a very up beat happy person and she always has your best interest in mind with color, cut, and even makeup. I love her to death and will follow her where ever she goes!

I have been going to Liquid Salon for many years. They take your every need in priority from the time you walk in the door. I am a blonde and all I have to say is KEVIN is the BEST. When I went in for my appt yesterday, I wanted something a little sexier than my typical blonde highlights. I left my hair in Kevin’s hands and knew it would be great. I said, «Work your magic». He used a Balayage technique & my hair looked AMAZING when he was done. I have had compliments from everyone… Victoria’s Secret sexy! KEVIN comes highly recommended by me. A true artist!

I tend to be nervous about my hair, but I really trust this place. It’s a little expensive and out of the way, but iI always end up trekking out there because I know they will do a good job. My mom and I will have dates there and they are always really kind to her, which I appreciate.

This is still a 5 star salon, but Lori Beth no longer works. As in, she doesn’t work anywhere. She is a stay at home mom now. This is devastating to me. As important as my hair is to me, you could even say it’s life altering. Nobody is like Lori Beth. I see a lot of other really nice hair styles and color come and go when I’m there. I had my first visit with a new stylist a few weeks ago. I won’t put her name because I’m sure she is great for most people, it’s just that she’s not Lori Beth for me. I am moving on with my life to Luigi Bruni and Figo both in the ‘Ham.

I was debating between three stars four stars, I’ll go with 3 for now, but I did get several compliments, which could be cuz I’m pregnant too haha. Lori Beth did my make up, I made my appointment for makeup on just my eyes, which they said was 25 $, and also to curl my hair for a wedding and so half up. Lori Beth was nice and friendly, and I asked for lashes too. There was like 2 or 3 pair in the box with the price $ 11 still on it. It took her 10 minutes and lots of glue in and around my eye to get them on, then charged me $ 25. Ok. So she does my eyes then I guess they were still closed or something and she starts putting foundation on, I was like shoot, now I’m gonna get charged like $ 100 when I only wanted my eyes done. I didn’t say anything though, cuz I didn’t want to mess up the rest of the makeup and just let her finish. Next time I will specify at the beginning of the appointment what I want. I think her name is Jamie, did my hair, really quickly in a simple curling iron curled 3 bobby pin half up style. I kept telling her to straighten out the poof. Eventually she got it ok. I fixed it a bit at home. I was ok with the experience, I just felt like $ 200 is too much for that. However I was done in like an hour and a half. But my curls did fall a lot by the time the wedding started. It’s so close to my house tho, I may give them another shot.

I’m still a fan of this place. It’s the only place where I feel the quality is consistent and price is fair. Kevin is my go-​to guy, and he has done a great job. He’s thorough and honest and listens to my requests. The other staff members seem knowledgeable, but I don’t have any personal experience with them, but if you want a solid color and cut job, ask for Kevin!

I went here for the first time based on the Unilocal reviews. I went to Lori Beth and it was one of my best hair decisions I’ve made. She is super nice! My hair has never looked better. I have a lot of fine, straight hair and she does my hair where I do not have trouble styling it every morning. I have never gotten as many compliments on my hair as I have the past year since seeing Lori Beth. She is a miracle worker on hair!

My only complaint with this place is that when I called to schedule an appointment for a cut and color, they only marked down the cut.
However, the niceness of my stylist (Lori Beth), and the overall friendliness of everyone there, made me happy. Lori Beth was running late (her son was sick), and they called to push back my appointment. Life happens, and I had no problem with pushing it back. She was still late, and apologized. I ended up with a customer appreciation card ($ 25 off), and another appointment to get my color done in a week and a half.

Got the best hair cut I’ve had in YEARS here. I think I’ve finally found my new stylist in Lori Beth. Admittedly I’m kind of lazy when it comes to my hair. I don’t really like doing it (and when it’s fine and stick straight there isn’t a whole lot to DO anyway) and I like going and getting it cut even less. So I’ve avoided really finding a new stylist because that would require me to actually go and get a cut.
BUT. My aunt’s hair always looks really cute post a trip here to Liquid and so when I was finally ready to chop off about 5 inches of hair for the summer I asked for the salon’s info from her and therefore got in touch with Lori Beth. Hallelu!
I made the decision rather quickly. I called on a Wednesday afternoon for a Thursday appointment. Thankfully she had an opening first thing when she got in the next day. I zipped down there (a bit of a pain since Telegraph has construction going on from 12-​Maple FYI) and made it there with some time to spare. My brows were a little scary so I asked if they had someone on hand who could clean them up for me a bit. And so Ana came into my life.
Ana is fabulous!
Nary a stray hair, no nicks, no pulled skin. Nothing. She made it so painless I barely flinched. She put her hand on my hand and said «you are so good!» I was only good, Ana, because YOU’RE so good! And the brows look fabulous.
Lori Beth then came over, gave me a good shampoo, talked over what I wanted to do with my hair (I brought her a pic of the last short haircut I had that I liked – that helped) and we went over to make it happen. She was sweet and chatted with me about myself, asking questions but not being overly chatty either. I’ve had a few stylists who want to just talk the whole time which I don’t necessarily mind but it was nice to have a little «me» time in that chair. About a half hour later I had the more adorable bob with 5 inches of my hair on the floor. I love it SO SO much! A little shorter than I had anticipated but I think she knew that length would work for me. Ahh, I’m in love!
The salon itself is really nice and clean. Nothing huge or overly fancy but it’s a nice modern salon with fabulous make up and hair products for sale. In addition to waxing and hair you can also get a make-​up sesh to make you feel even more gorgeous. I’m thinking going to the salon might not be so painful in the future after all!
