Food was good but the staff was very loud, carrying on personal conversations while customers were at the counter. Two management personnel sat in the booth behind us, yelling questions across the restaurant to others behind the counter. We could not carry on a conversation at our table because of the management. (They also spoke of specific dollar amounts that they start with in the cash drawers. Big security issue.) Their lack of professionalism set the tone for the rest of the staff and they followed suit.

Located in a travel station. Clean McDonald’s staff was nice. I just went here to get a medium chocolate shake.

Same advice as that of another reviewer… stay away! The East bound restaurant is just God-​awful when it comes to service (painfully long wait at drive thru and a service team that just doesn’t care) and quality/​accuracy. You have better odds of winning the lottery than driving away with the right order. So disappointing. ZERO stars is the deserved rating.

We stopped on the Mass Turnpike at the Blandford Service area. We’ve been to some of the other McDonalds on the Pike and had much better food. My advice… STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!
«Value Menu»… hamburger $ 1.49. The meat was NOT MCDONALDS QUALITY. It was terrible, loaded with gristle. The bun was also NOT MCDONALDS QUALITY. Maybe they are buying from outside suppliers. We were glad that this was just a «hold me over» until we could get to a real restaurant at the end of our five hour trip. By the way… I didn’t finish my burger, and my wife did not want it either.

Worst coffee ever!!! Burned and $ 2.45! Service was not even good — the cashier looked at me for about 20 seconds before he said hello. Next time I will stop in Lee.

The Mcdonalds at the Blanford Travel Plaza on the New York Throughwat route 90. Routine McDonalds fare with quick service. Not a lot of other options at this plaza.
