I made a reservation for a friends wedding 2 months out. At 39 days out I realized I had a conflict and cancelled the reservation and was charged a $ 25 cancel fee. I mentioned to the night mgr that every room on their website and has no cancellation unless 3 days out or less. He said he would have the mgr call me. Mgr never called so I called back and got Mr Patel. You could tell when he heard my name he didn’t want to talk to me. I started to talk and he interrupted me over and over. Gave me the wedding as his excuse. I told him I could book a room right now for the same date and same price and get a full refund if I cancelled 3 days out, much less 39 days, and he just continued to speak over me. He probably never heard me because I couldn’t say 2 words without him being argumentative. Some people just shouldn’t work with the public. Mr Patel may be one of them.

My family and I stayed here for the weekend and, we had a great experience! The pool is small, but they have a beautiful gazebo and garden.

The accommodations were decent, but not worth over $ 200 a night. The breakfast was sub par at best, and the pool was basically an oversized hot tub. The real negativity of this review stems from their manager though. He was extremely rude upon check out, and talked down to my fiancé. When I confronted him about the matter, he took the same approach towards me. I have never experienced worse customer service in my life. I would rather sleep in my car than have to stay at this establishment again. The only reason I would return, would be to have a word outside with the douche behind the counter
