I brought my 2000 Land Rover AWD in since my tranny went. It was very hard to find a transmission shop to work on it. They did a wonderful job! Tom was very nice, honest and helpful. The price was right compared to what everyone else wanted, they wanted double or almost triple of what I paid at Pocono Trans. It’s nice to know there are decent mechanics around that don’t take advantage of a person, specially being a female. I would recommend everyone to use them without worry!

I brought my Caddy Deville in because I lost overdrive. The owner found the problems and fixed the car very fast and professionally. I was impressed with the service and the time he took to explain what broke and how they were going to repair the problem. I am back driving my Caddy and have to highly recommend this shop.

Pocono Transmission’s exceptional service, professionalism, and turn around time on repairs is second to none in all of my experiences with Tommy and his crew. They are knowledgeable in not only transmissions but also other mechanical and diagnostic repairs beyond a traditional automotive repair shop. Anytime I had problems with my truck beyond my own skill level to fix, Pocono Transmission was right there to help me out and get me back on the road. I would suggest them to anyone in need of repairs to their vehicle.

Long story short, my car was held hostage for over 6 months! Excuses upon excuses, lies upon lies, parts that needed to be replaced were not, shortcuts made. I had to replace all my calipers, rotors and brakes because of it sitting in their lot over the winter. Transmission is acting up, but I will never go back! I’ll take my loses. If you see this shop, keep driving!

Used their services once. They were unable to diagnose the problem. I heard bad thing about them, so I went at my own risk, but they are the only tranny shop in the area.
