El restaurante es típico americano, donde su especialidad son las costillas. Los que atienden aunque no hablan Español son bastantes atentos. El Restaurant es bastante amplio y limpio. Definitivamente lo recomiendo

Just finished eating a plate of ribs and I will tell you it was the smallest plate of ribs I’ve ever had anywhere. I will not be back !

The cashier Daniel was not a customer oriented employee. I went to pick up my food and found out they offered different flavored sauce. Instead of asking me what flavor I wanted they chose for me. I exchanged the sauce for the kind I wanted. Daniel was not happy to get it. Then I asked for pepper packets. She said they were in my fork packet… NOITWASNOT. Daniel replied I could go find some on a table in the restaurant. Ok!!! Really??? Who is in charge of customer service training here??? Then before she even gave me my receipt or finished with me as her customer, she started checking out the next customer! So I gave them 11 $ this time BUTNEVERWILL I RETURN! The pulled pork had a burnt taste! I gave this location 1 star because the fries were good.

We eat here at least once every time we come to Blairsville. This place is awesome. They have great service and even greater food. The baby back ribs are to die for.

We had a short honeymoon in Union County. We stopped here, at the Blairsville location, on our way home. It was delicious. I went with the Pull Pork Lunch Plate: pull pork, fries, baked beans, and garlic toast. The pull pork was amazing, tender and far from dry. The baked beans were not particullary my favorite, but I am a pretty picky eater. My husband ate mine and his, and loved them. I beleive his words were«These beans are right on time.» He went with the Half Rack of Ribs Plate: ribs, fries, baked bean, and garlic toast. The ribs were delicious as well so tender and just the right amount of flavor. The fries were cooked perfectly, nice and crispy, but not crunchy. The garlic toast had just enough garlic and butter to not be overpowering. The service was wonderful and friendly. Loved the decorations and the fact they use paper bags as place mats. Would definietly eat here again!

The Onion Log is their take on the Blooming Onion. It is more batter than actual onion. Their Pulled Pork Sandwich was delicious, especially with their Homemade BBQ Sauce. As for sides, the applesauce was straight out of a jar… not as good as homemade. But, the baked beans and coleslaw were excellent. Very similar to a Famous Dave’s, but with a nice Georgian twist.

Not the best barbeque. The chicken was good, tho the bbq beans lacked. The sweet tea was excellent. Paper bags for placemats.

One of the worst meals. Quality of BBQ varied by plate, not consistent. Amount of BBQ varied by plate. Waitress nice but out of touch. Manager completely worthless. Never go back. Found what I wanted at Jim’s Smokin BBQ.

One word… AWESOME! The Q was perfect(I got the pulled pork sandwich and fries!). Great prices, too. The sandwich and a side was $ 6.99. The décor was bright and welcoming. Love the sweet tea! The wait staff was courteous and friendly. Always checking on us! It was fun! If you’re near a Rib Country, you gotta go!

Pulled pork was dry and flavorless. No smoke flavor detected. Sauce was a little too sweet. Fries were great!

1st off, very good service. Food — so so. Pulled pork was not very good. No smoke flavor. Not fresh at all. Brisket was a joke! Looked like roast beef. Not smoked, not tender, not done. However the chicken was very good, The Onion basket was very good, french fries and Tea were enjoyable as well. If you want barbecue try somewhere else.

Best ribs in town and likely in the state of Ga and NC. Not clear where these other folk ate but it was mighty good… Not a grand selection of sides, as others have said, but the sides ARE good once you finish off those ribs! Wife had smoked turkey salad, which was delicious. Decent pricing, good service!

Hopefully people will read the reviews and won’t judge this one by the overall rating. The food was fantastic. It’s your typical ribs and bbq joint, very casual. I got the pulled pork platter w/slaw and extra crispy fries. The pork was moist, but not fatty and had just the right amount of smokiness — excellent. The regular bbq sauce and mustard sauce were both great(didn’t try the spicy). The slaw was great too(previous review said it didn’t have flavor — not the case for us). The fries actually came extra crispy! I always ask and about 95% come out not crispy… My husband got the full rack of ribs and he ate them all, which he never does — in fact it is a rarity that he will even order ribs. They were falling off the bone for sure. My one complaint about this place is that they don’t have enough choices for sides — fries, slaw, baked beans… how about something green? If you’re looking for white tablecloths, you need to keep on driving(all the way to the copper door in hayesville). If you want good bbq it’s a good choice.

Went there on Fathers Day nite to treat 2 fathers and they were closed on Sundays. I should have called but had no idea a restaurant might be closed on a Sunday.

I’ve had worse. Much worse. I’ve also had much, much better. Hungry for«Q & on your way– stop in. Stew was not at all up my alley. Looked like a bowl of soup with a pile of ‘Q piled on– not cooked with.

I don’t know whose idea it was to slice brisket into paper thin«meat doilies», but they need to be shot. It’s a sure-fire way to guarantee that the meat will be a dry as the desert – and it was. The only real advantage to doing this is to make two ounces of meat look like an entrée. Moreover, it tasted kind of like smoky shoe polish. In other words, I was not impressed. The cole slaw was almost flavorless, except for the unpleasant bitterness of the unsalted cabbage. Other than the french fries, which were actually pretty good, my lunch at Rib Country was the only black mark on an otherwise flawless day of driving through beautiful northern Georgia.

It’s a chain. Sortof. There’s one in Murphy, NC, as well. That’s really all you need to know. The sides come in huge portions, but aren’t that good. The pork is quite tasty, but very smoky. If you like it that way, you’ll be delighted; if not, it can be very overwhelming.
