Arrow Exterminators

One star is too good! We bought a home that had been treated by Arrow for termites as a term of purchase. The seller paid for this coverage for a year. At the year mark we decided to combine our termite and pest control service so we called and cancelled. They didn’t offer to combine the termite coverage with pest control as Allgood did. It took Artow forever to pick up their ‘Sentricon’ stakes. After numerous calls they finally removed them and our new service could install their termite treatment stakes.
Allgood conducted an inspection before installation and found termites in a location that was NOT noted on the Arrow inspection at the time we closed on the home. From the damage it is obvious that their ”SENTRICON GUARANTEE/​COVERAGE” was not protecting us during the time we were covered. Why did we have this coverage –PAID IN ADVANCE –and their useless green stakes all over our yard for a year? Termites were moving in during their ‘Guarantee/​Coverage.’ A manager was suppose to call us but never did. Today we had to pay for the repairs to the termite infestation that occurred under the Blairsville Arrow watch before we beginning coverage with Allgood.
There is zilch customer satisfaction with Arrow. They did not honor their guarantee. They did not protect us from termites. The seller paid for this service and now we are paying because they did not do their job, nor stand by their guarantee. Merry Christmas Arrow for being the best Scrooge company we have ever dealt with.
If you chose Arrow for your termite protection, you are choosing to have repairs and pay more than you should. Extremely disappointing! We will be certain that our family and friends here about our experience. Their failure to provide us with the necessary $ 200 repair because they failed at their job will cost this much more in future business.
