Yeah this is a very disappointing store :/ I was a manager of a Jimmy John’s, myself, and I know how it is. It’s not hard to make perfect, great looking sandwiches in 30 seconds! My biggest complaint: your in shopper/closing manager DOESNOT know how to wrap bacon. I get a 16 every time I come and damn, your bacon is disgusting. Soggy, fatty and disgusting. It’s not shipped that way! It’s shipped very crispy, crunchy and delicious. But wrapping is Key! I would love to see improvements in the store and maybe this is something your business coach needs to hear… Consistency is vital to Jimmy John’s… This is NOT something I see with your store. It’s a crap shoot and now I don’t even get delivery because of this :( Sloppy sandwiches are gross, people! The best advice I can give you: 90% of taste is how it LOOKS. Put some more effort in. –Former Perfect JJ’s Manager

I have ate at this Jimmy John’s in the past but on 1÷26÷2016 will be the last. This could have possibly been the worst«customer Service» ever at any establishment. Not only were employees standing around when I asked for help the«manager» stated that one employee was busy, one employee was not in proper uniform, and one employee was just loitering bothering the other too i asked for him to help he said«I’m busy doing paperwork».Then the group of «employees stated THIS Jimmy John’s is not like the rest».They could not have been more correct every other Jimmy John’s I’ve been to the employees are pleasant and courteous. Then stated I had been a manager in service industry for 10+ years and this is how to lose your customers, he said«No we wouldn’t and we will see you tomorrow».. . Food was a 1 of 5, service if you can call it the was 0 of 5. How could anyone be busy I am the only customer in the building?

First time there and I enjoyed my sandwich, although I felt there is a large bread to anything else ratio. If u love bread it’s great! My husband said it was good and it was fine. He would eat there again but not the best thing he has ever eaten as far as a sandwich goes.
