I have been using SMS for 5 yrs now and the entire staff including Denise and the owner are so incredibly friendly and are truly good hearted people. Always trying to help out anyway they can. The entire staff are so incredibly organized every single time I head in there with my numerous orders and are so quick to gather everything together. I love SMS and would never use anyone else! These folks do a good job, would love it if their hours were extended, but there are a lot of mail service places in Bellingham that cater to the Canadian’s.
All in all, I like these folks, they work hard to deliver a service unique to the market.

Trying to get a deal on stuff from the U.S. but shipping over the Canadian Border is killing you?
I was like you until I started using Security Mail Services. Really cheap! $ 2.50/package, a little more for really large/​heavy things… and a whopping $ 0.50/week storage if you leave it there for more than 2 weeks. Sure beats the outrageous fees charged by some companies for so called «Brokerage» over the border. Whenever I buy out of the US and the shipping is anyone other than USPS (Not UPS, but USPS) I’ll generally ship it to the friendly folks in Blaine. Saved a ton over the years…

The place where I pick up packages down in Blaine.
My one wish is that they were open extended hours, but for $ 2.50 per package plus $ 1 for a phone call the price is decent. It was $ 10 to register originally.
