I have been using Lucian’s services for about 5 years now. And everything is great if you get what you want. But if you don’t, save your saliva cuz they are not going to listen anyway. When you have a complaint or something wasn’t done right they’re just going to blame it on you anyway. Talking to management is like talking to a wall. They take no accountability on their part even though they do this as a profession you think that they would extend a little more customer service and being clear of what the client wants or utilize their professional opinion or basic common sense to ask necessary questions about the work you order. You won’t even get a slight apology from them hell they won’t even listen to you. Needless to say I’ll take it up with my credit card company. If I’m being too vague you’re more than welcome to ask me the details quite frankly I’m over being frustrated about their poor customer service, not taking accountability, or even just trying to listen to the client. Honestly I wasn’t asking for anything more then for them to understand where I was coming from as a client, and to utilize my feedback to improve their business.
