They almost ruined my $ 1300 dress through extremely incompetent alterations. I had to hire a second seamstress to fix the mess they made of it and it was probably the most stressful part of my entire wedding planning process. On top of that, they were rude to me throughout the whole process.
It’s worth going to Roanoke to avoid this place. Roanoke has a David’s Bridal and a Patina bridal shop, and Alterations by Lynda does an amazing job with altering wedding dresses. Another bonus — Lynda and the people working at David’s Bridal and Patina were extremely nice and helpful.
