Excellent experience. All staff was friendly and in a good mood. The parts counter was super fast, accurate and good-​humored. I seriously wish every business was like this. Bonus — they had my obscure part in stock.
Their prices aren’t really any different than Home Depot, so you’re much better off getting a mower (totally recommend a Honda) here instead of a big box store.

Great service place for the mower. Friendly and helpful staff and good for the price. My only quibble with them is that you sometimes need to drop your mower off for a week or more for them to get to servicing it. They don’t have appointments, you just drive around back to the service area and drop off. They will help you load and unload your mower from the car as well, so that’s nice.
