Mountain Vista Properties

I was in Black Mountain earlier this year and was looking at taking a job in the Asheville area. I fell in love with Black Mountain and its true southern, down home feel. I was walking down Broadway and stopped to look at the listings on the window of the real estate office. I walked in and was promptly greeted by Joan Monroe. She was extremley friendly and very helpful. She quickly offered to add me to her email list, so I could get new and current listings in the area and so she could keep in contact with me. I found a couple of listings of intrest and she quickly offered to take me out and show them to me. Although I wound up not getting the job (and not moving to the area), she was by far the best Realtor I have ever met! Two thumbs up!
