I had a great experience! If you want a personable and hard working tech ask for Patrick. He worked nonstop. He knew everything I asked but one question and that had something to do with a totally different thing that he doesn’t do but he called his boss and found out for me. When I need anything done again I will call Stanley Steemer and I will ask for Patrick to come back out but I am sure all techs are great.
