KFC

This KFC was the only location that did spicy chicken in my famous bowl and I appreciated them a lot for it! Now they won’t do it, which is cool but the service has become terrible. Very rude, wasn’t done with my order and they kept interrupting me. They shut the window while I was talking -.-

I went thru the drive thru like I always do. I ordered bbq chicken tenders informed they are not bbq but you can get bbq sauce to make them like that. I said okay getting for my boss
so I will take the bbq sauce. Drive thru girl was getting very very impatient with me but I just ignored and was pleasant to her. Then I get to pick up window and she was very disorganized almost forgot to take my money. Stupid me didn’t check bag and guess what no bbq sauce and I must have said it four times.
Never again…

I think the owner of KFC needs to go on Undercover Boss. I have never been to any KFC where I have been completely satisfied. This one is no exception. So I guess my experience was pretty standard. I’ve come to not expect very much when I go to any KFC so none of my experiences here were big surprises. I’m generally impressed if they have the grilled chicken I want and don’t tell me they are out without offering to make me some or if they get my order right. I think I have only had my order wrong once and it was just the drink. Today my food was correct but was in disarray with the biscuit mushed and the potato wedges dumped out of the little container and stuck to the chicken and also a little mushy and not as crisp as I would have liked but the girl was nice and it was super quick. So the fact that this KFC has any pros at all is a step up. Haha!
The Pros:
It’s quick which is the complete OPPOSITE of every other KFC I can remember going to. They are generally not out of food like every other KFC I have been to. Staff is pretty friendly which is also not a standard I have come to find in the KFC chain of restaurants.
It’s right by my house and it’s no worse than any other one I have gone to so I know I will keep going here when the mood strikes. Unless I move.

Not a bad KFC. They don’t have the supply problems of the one near my house. Staff seems reasonably friendly and my food arrived (drive thru) reasonably quickly and was hot. I got a meal combo which comes with 2 siedes. I got mashed potatoes & gravy, and wanted for my 2^nd, some extra biscuits. Evidently they won’t give you and extra piece of bread as a side order… and then was informed that I could BUY two extra biscuits for $ 1.29. What’s wrong with this picture? That to get TWO puny biscuits I must spend more than I would on a full loaf of bread. This is inexcusable. A shame to. Since otherwise they are not a bad location. Even a nice dining area inside. If they were not such misers with the biscuits, they would have gotten at least 3 stars.
