I was lucky to buy a quite OK car from them, but I found out later, when I sold it on repokar com, that the Carfax report Highline Imports had provided on my car was a false one. I had quite a lot of problems because of this when on repokar they checked my documentation, so you should be careful with all the data they provide on the cars they sell.

I bought a Volkswagen CC from them in June 2014. When you purchase the vehicle, they make a list of items that you want repaired and promise you they will honor that contract. They kept my car two weeks after purchase, but still didn’t complete the two major issues I had — a broken speaker cover and external paint touchups. I’ve been by a few times since then to follow-up and am always promised they will call me when the parts and paint has arrived. A year later, I still have not received that call and expect I never will.

Went to trade my car that I purchased from Highline only to find I was given a fake Carfax report. The car had been wrecked THREETIMES. THREE! Buyer Beware.

I bought a Lexus from Rami at Highline for $ 18000 in 2008. In 2010 I discovered that I had a major problem with the oil system on front corner of car. I took it to Lexus specialist in Tennessee only to find out that it was a result of a wreck I was unaware of before I bought it. I discovered the oil system wasn’t repaired properly at the time and that it would have to be repaired. It was $ 1000 to do so… In the process they discovered that the AXIS was«hanging on by a thread(in that same corner) and sir you are lucky»… Wow… So disappointed. Was referred to Rami by a friend. I called my friend and he said I’m sorry bud… I thought he was trustworthy but it seems that this has happened a lot. That repair cost me $ 3k.
