This is your standard Honda dealer. They have a service center which touts online scheduling, which I used, but when I arrived it was as though I was a walk up appointment. Further, they try to upsell borderline absurd services such as ‘carbon removal’ which was touted as a thorough cleaning of all of your ‘system’ and not ‘just an additive’ for a cool $ 170 … Laughable. When I asked for them to call me when my car was ready, they assured me this would happen. I dropped it off at 8am and expected to be able to pick it up by lunch, nothing. I called at 3pm and after 10 mins of hold time they finally determined that, ‘it’s been ready since 10!’ So helpful. All in all, I got what I paid for — an oil change and a tire rotation but service and finesse was lacking.
