Elizabeth’s Head To Toe

I WILL NOT BE BACK! I grew my eyebrows out for 5 months just to have a fresh slate to work with. I also haven’t had anyone else do my eyebrows for 10 years. My first Elizabeth’s experience was fine, the eyebrow tech did a nice job & listened to what I wanted.
When I came back again I was very adamant of what I want: I do not want thin eyebrows, just a clean up & no high arch. I was confident that’s what I’d get. Wrong! My eyebrows are unsymmetrical, one obviously thinner than the other with a high arch. So different that even my boyfriend noticed a difference between the two. When I told the girl I was unhappy and that they were too thin and not symmetrical she asked if I wanted the other one thinner to match, and told me that I don’t want caterpillars on my face. Her response wasn’t good customer service. I know what I want, and what you gave me wasn’t it. I will not be back nor will I refer anyone to there.

WOW is all I can say. Elizabeth did my wedding day makeup, and my new husband told me it was the best I ever looked! I had my makeup done at 11 am, had my wedding at 4, and then was dancing all night. Even though it was a hot, humid August day and I was running around at my reception, my makeup still looked wonderful and fresh after midnight!
Elizabeth did exactly what I asked for – make me look like myself, but more polished with a little shimmer. It was PERFECT. She listened to what I had to say, changed things when I requested them, and never got offended when I didn’t take her recommendations of asked for something to be changed. She was filled with ideas, and knew exactly what she was doing.
Elizabeth also did my Pakistani bridesmaid, who loved the way her makeup turned out. Her staff member (Emily I think?) did 2 other bridesmaids. Every single girl walked out saying they were impressed with how the makeup turned out. Our wedding photos look fantastic.

I have had my make up and eyebrows done by elizabeth for a few occasions including my wedding and she is amazing! My mom and i had facials there and we both enjoyed them. I’ve had wax services and purchased accessories there. I’ve never been disappointed. We also did a family photo with extended family (about 20 people), it was lovely. I’ve referred people to her and they all feel the same way. I’m going to try the two-​week lashes and a shellac manicure soon. I used to work at a salon and had many clients that were Elizabeth’s clients as well, they love her and her manager Jill is a sweetheart, always kind and accommodating. You can’t go wrong here.

I love Elizabeth’s Head to Toe. Elizabeth does such an amazing job with eyebrows. She’s also a makeup artist. I haven’t had an occasion for her to do my makeup but I’ve seen her work and it’s beautiful. I always enjoy going into her little store.
