I had a tattoo done by Bryan a while ago and I feel like everyone should know that he is the worst artist that I have ever seen. I could of gotten better work done by a first grader. This was my first tattoo and let me say that it was the worst experience of my life. I went into get a tattoo that was a simple tracing of a cross. Bryan was unfriendly he was in a bad mood he didn’t care and he traced it and he made it crooked some parts were thin some were thick. I was horrified when I saw it and he wouldn’t even let me see it when he was done, he wrapped it up real fast when he was done and had a smirk on his face, and when I took it off two hours later as I was instructed I saw that it wasn’t even traced properly and when I went into confront him he started getting loud and he started saying that’s what you wanted!!! No, what I wanted was a simple tracing of across without crooked lines. The blue print looked better than the work. I went back after it healed so he can retrace it because nobody else would do it they say they don’t mess with each other’s work, and I go in and he starts yelling at me really loud and he was so rude and it’s still It was ugly he couldn’t fix it because he messed it up so bad the first time and it was extra thick
let’s just say now that I’m paying hundreds of dollars to get this removed. When he traced it the second time he said he was sorry that he was an asshole that he was having family problems. So I guess that supposed to justify his shitty work. If you want to tattoo I really really recommend doing a lot of research I didn’t do research and I just took a chance and I’m paying the price for it now… later on I found out that the cloud 9 actually has a really bad reputation and the staff was not friendly they are horrible… Bryan a little advice for you get yourself some anger management and some art lessons.

Went in with my husband to discuss a tattoo. After a lot of eye rolling, posturing, and general disrespect from the artist, I decided that they were completely undeserving of my hard earned money and I left. They need to understand that people who work hard for their money, are a little bit sensitive to businesses who have no respect for money or how it is earned.

Ive never gotten a tattoo or piercing from here but if their body art service is anything close to their retail, I wouldnt step near their needle. They sold me a defected/​broken piece of glass and when I called back 15 minutes after their purchase, they refused to do anything about it. Do not buy ANYTHING from them. They obviously do not thoroughly check their inventory to make sure they are selling functional items and withholding integrity. They could care less if they sell you a broken product. I would assume the same pertaining to their body art department.

Went for tattoos with my sister. Donovan, the tattoo «artist», refused to greet us for a solid 5 minutes after being told we were interested in getting tattoos. Mind you, he was standing 3 ft away. Texting. When he did talk to us, he was a complete d**k. After interacting with him for 10 seconds I decided he wasn’t touching us, so we went with a piercing. The blonde lady piercer was less than friendly. And had bad aim. Also, the man with the fedora and beard who works at the desk in the back could have been friendlier. Pretty crappy business. I will say that the girl who works up front was a doll. But overall, this place is a bust.

We went in to buy new jewelry. We walked in, meandered to the back where we found the jewelry counter and looked at it for over five minutes. The store was not busy and yet nobody greeted us.
There were two people at the counter in the back and a girl walked in right after we got there and they both talked to her. Either one of them could have at least greeted us. The crazy thing is we were needing to replace 12 pieces of jewelry and would have spent good money to do so but not with that type of customer service.

Customer service here is nonexistent! Be ready to wait all least 15−20mins for anyone to even say hi to you let alone ask you if you need help. Shitty staff!

I visited Cloud Nine a few days ago to get a tattoo that means something to me. The entire staff was incredibly professional, starting with the ladies working the shop in the front. All three of them were extraordinarily kind and welcoming. My tattoo artist, Donovan, was polite and made sure that I liked what I was receiving. The process went very smoothly and he obviously knew what he was doing. I have gotten tattoos in run-​down, tired small town shops and overpriced, arrogant beachside shops. This, by far, was my favorite experience. I can’t wait to be back!

Piercings are good, but their tattoos are significantly over-​priced, and they are not willing to negotiate. Yes, their artists do good work, but most businesses would rather come down $ 20 than lose business all together.

I have gotten tattooed by donavan before back on October of last year. The staff is very friendly the atmosphere is very down to earth good people I love the fact that they help you in so many ways I got deer tracks this time I originally wanted them colored in black but Donavon left white in there to give it depth I love the fact he took the time to do that. He is my tattoo artist I will not got to anyone else thanks again for my art

This place has a strong reputation, but their customer service needs serious work. I did not get a tattoo here due to the mess at the desk. And I don’t mean the clutter and the food. I mean the rude, unprofessional, condescending, disorganized staff. Do NOT visit their website. They’ll inform you that it’s full of errors and mistakes. Nice touch.
But hey, maybe their work is good. I’ll never know, though.

I came to Cloud 9 and got a tattoo done by John. He was amazing. This was my most intricate tattoo so far and John executed it perfectly!!! Definitely see him for your next tattoo.
