Buffalo Wild Wings

I never had a problem here until today… Manager in the name of Marie served us and she was very rude… I ordered the street tacos, on the menu it didn’t say anything about Parmesan garlic so I didn’t ask for it off all it says was pico di gallo and southwestern ranch… So I said no ranch… She came back and scolded me stating that I didn’t tell her… Of course I didn’t tell her, I didn’t know they put it in there… Duh!

They… They forgot about me. I asked to sit outside (in front of the restaurant) and had a number of waiters walk by me serving other tables and nothing. Not a wave, smile, not even a beverage. I did get a fork and a menu, but those aren’t edibles. So there I waited. For 15 – 20 minutes… When one of the waiters dared ask me if anyone had attempted to serve the starving patron in front of their restaurant by the front entrance. I puckered up my face in the best Obama frown possible and replied with a simple shake. He then took it upon himself to take my order. Good for him. He tossed on a free app for the wait (2 points now) and quickly took my order. I received said order (while enjoying a tasty beverage brought to me by the fine gentleman) and my ticket was given. Alas the waiter was an Indian giver. No free app… No free happiness… Still forgotten. Forever alone

Food is consistent. Always a good place to being the kids. We come here often. I like it. It’s not the healthiest food but they do allow substitutions. For a charge. So if you are trying to watch your waistline you can substitute those fries for a veggie boat or salad.
Lots of TVs so is a great place to come if you want to make sure you don’t miss the game. Always busy here and service is consistent.

TV situation is unmatched. Seating in the bar area can be a challenge for big events but if you get in the experience for watching big games or fights is outstanding. Service is hit and miss though it’s hit more often than miss. Pretty good drink selection though they really do need to evolve to a current craft beer strategy. Theirs sucks. The food really brings the place down and that’s a shame. If the food were even marginal BWW would be almost ideal. But… it’s not. Wings are ok and that is their bread and butter so if you only ever want to eats wings then you’re in fair shape. If you prefer to go off script be prepared to be disappointed. The appetizers can be decent though not always and the entrees are a mess. Burgers taste like soybean meat. Fries usually come out luke warm at best. Chicken sandwich is dry and tasteless. You get the idea. Main dining room has tv’s everwhere as well however if you don’t have kids with you and don’t particularly enjoy the wonderful volume and lovely language of large family sets with kids then you’ll probably want to do what we always do and make a beeline for the bar. I’ve only sat in the dining room for work lunches. After working hours it is unacceptable. For me anyway. Much better food at Baumhowers down the street but man BDubs has the TV thing worked all the way out. Peace.

Good food. Was a little disappointed at the lack of cleanliness. However it may have been the time that i decided to come (slightly after lunch hours).

Come here if you want to wait to be seated for 20 minutes and witness the host seat his friends in front of you. Horrible hosts. Totally uncoordinated restaurant.

Go here quite frequently and am never disappointed. Wait staff has always been prompt with service, friendly and patient when we wanted to make a long night of it. Love trying the new sauce choices and playing trivia. This is our go-​to after our son’s soccer matches!

BWW is great for watching a big or small sporting event. TVs everywhere. They also have trivia which can get really addictive. Great selection of beers and a friendly knowledgeable wait staff.
The food however is very bland. The amount of fries you get with a burger is less then minimal. It has «wings» in the name and those are pretty good.
This place is for entertainment not a good meal.

You’ve been to one BWW you’ve been to them all. Good food, good service, and a large selection of beer.

This is definatly up to BWW standards, and the fact that they have Angry Orchard on tap. huge plus. The sone and i had sunday dinner her, food was really good and fresh. The portions are massive, (doggie bags) the soft pretzles are out of this world!!! this will be a regular place for us when wanting to just chill and hang out.

I am very fond of the customer service in person and over the phone.
The noise level at this location isn’t as loud as others so I was able to carry a nice conversation with my friend. Now onto the details. …
Our server was Carrie. She immediately served us drinks and was prompt about taking food orders but did not rush us.
The thing that threw me off a little was the bar service. I ordered a skinny Margarita (without the sour mix) a food server or ordinary person I can understand might not know what that is but working behind a bar it seemed odd they wouldn’t. When I explained what it was the waitress was actually intrigued and said she would be willing to try it herself sometime. I ended up getting a Corona light instead.
The food: BWW has always been a go to for good wings and they certainly hold up the good reputation here.
Will definitely keep going here

I loved the nachos on «The Sampler». Plus I had plenty of food on my plate and had some I took with me. My server was okay not great. It was busy in the place and he didn’t really pay attention to us. The plus about this place is the food is always good…

Oh yeah they let you have it the way you want it. i just tried the new turkey burger, the olives feta cheese bread is awesome. And they let me mix the spicy garlic sauce with the coleslaw and put it on top of my fancy buffalitos. Husband is just glad they have hockey and beer and the bartenders are to cool

They acted like I never ordered my pretzel appetizer when I picked up the to go order. Now I’m gonna STARVE!!! Not cool!!!

If you are looking for sports bar wings, this is going to be hard to beat. I’ve definitely had better, but not from a high volume chain.
The young staff was very nice and relatively attentive. The only reason I say, «relatively attentive» is because I had to eat my meal without silverware for about ten minutes. No biggie.
When I ordered «hot» wings, the waitress warned me that they were hotter than your average «hot» wings. While I didn’t believe her, that was good news to me. Turns out she was right. These wings made my nostrils flair as I sat above my plate. I’m serious. I don’t know what was in the sauce, but it cleared my sinuses for days. They were perfectly spicy and I’m glad she was right.
If you are wanting wings, cold draft beer, and to catch a game with a bunch of random dudes… this is your place.

Good cold beer, good wings and very good service with eye candy waitresses. Don’t get much better for the boy’s night out

Took the recommendation from our server of the spicy garlic and WOW! It is amazing! Great atmosphere for the entire family!

Lemon-​Pepper dry wings or Buffalo dry dipped in Asian Zing is the best. Great bartender turned manager.

Good place to watch sports. Highest beer prices in the area unless you drink Miller High Life or Natural Light.
