A-1 Towing & Recovery

The absolute worst towing company in the history of man kind. My car was towed, after visiting a friend in the hospital. I was given the phone number of the company by the business that towed me. Not only did they fail to answer the phone after I’d been calling all day, when they eventually did call me back the next morning, they were rude and insisted I meet them at the tow yard immediately. Keep in mind that my car could’ve been stolen and I was just being told that it had been towed. I couldn’t confirm this due to them not answering the phone. Imagine how I felt. The uncertainty. Once I finally made it to the tow yard, I had to sit and wait for an hour until a guy with the tow truck arrived. Once I made it to the office, to pay, I tried to explain to him my situation, and he laughed in my face and told me not to «get smart». So, not only did I have to give this trailer-​trash one man show $ 200, he failed to show simple respect for the customer. I would give him negative stars, if possible. STAY AWAY!!!
