Listen, it’s a winery not a restaurant. The prices for an independent are great. The free tasting option is phenomenal. The cider is some of the best I’ve had and the wine selection is great. I highly recommend this winery.

Sampled some wine, which was alright but not great. The employee was very rude and didn’t seem to want to deal with us.

Downstairs was the wine tasting. While not a real wine drinker I enjoyed this much more than the beer tasting upstairs. The sampling was free and you could try as many types as you liked, they did not give you full glasses, but you would not want one just for tasting. They gave you enough where you could tell if you liked something or night, plus they would give you recommendations. Much more personable than upstairs at least on the days we were there. Also from what I could tell the bottles of wine ranged from about 10 – 20 dollars. If you bought 6 or more you got a discount. I only bought 4. I will go back.

Small and quaint wine and brewery store. First floor is filled with wine that they make from another location, you get to try any of their wine before purchasing. The staff was very knowledgeable and was able to help my boyfriend and I figure out which wine would fit our taste buds.
The second floor was an open area with tables for patrons to relax and have a glass of beer, there were also snacks and food if you’re hungry.
We were told that the main location of Mt Hope was in Mainhem, PA where they have a Renaissance fair each year around the months of fall. Definitely a place you’d want to visit in the cooler months for fun activities and booze.

Rumspringa is a great little Gem in PA Dutch country. A winery down stares and a micro brewery upstairs. In the brewery I sampled 4 of the 5 beers on tap and found 2 of them to be really really good and the other 2 decent as well. The atmosphere is really cool with there «barn style» layout. Overall I think this is a pretty nice place to stop and hang out at for awhile.
