I visited Taco Bell in Birch Run today and was absolutely blown away by the level of service I received.
I have numerous food allergies; tomato, gluten, and dairy being a few of them. I ordered a Nachos Bell Grande and asked that they hold the tomatoes, sour cream, and cheese, as well as substituting latin rice for the beef.
Amanda C. was extremely helpful and professional, not in the slightest acting as though I was being difficult, or being frustrated by my requests (which is sadly all to common at many restaurants.).
Moreover, once I had been given my food, (which was made exactly as I had requested), Amanda walked out and very compassionately informed me that I could save myself a little money by instead ordering two sides of chips, a side of beans, and a side of rice on a platter.
I was literally shocked. Never have I been given such great service. And to think… it was at Taco Bell.
P. S. Amanda C. deserves a raise.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too.
Couldn’t believe how lazy everyone was.
Took 20min to get my good.
Amber wouldn’t even come take our order.
She was in back flirting with another coworker who also wasn’t working.
Never go here. Wait till the next exit.
