A kitchen lover’s dream come true! I love this store. It’s hard to come in and not want to buy something. It’s not cheap, but they do run sales and the prices are lower than traditional retail. While the prices aren’t bargain basement cheap, the quality is top notch and the stuff lasts forever. I love Le Creuset’s brightly-colored dishware, coordinating serveware pieces and cookware. Many of the colors change and others are staples, but this outlet carries both in and out of stock pieces, which is cool. We’ve snatched up coordinating serveware pieces in «out of stock» colors to match pieces we have at home at a fraction of the price. Their cast iron cookware is durable and attractive and they sell Riedel glassware as well, which is also high quality. I wish I hadn’t broken some of mine in the dishwasher. Sigh. Time to stock up again, perhaps? Excellent customer service. If you need help explaining any of the products, the sales associates are more than willing to assist. Le Creuset also hosts product demonstrations to showcase their cookware line and how it works as well.

We knew walking in here how much this stuff costs. I’m sure that whatever they have at this«outlet» is discounted but still pricy by regular everyday cookware standards. I’m not going to criticize their pricing, Le Crueset is expensive. Even discounted, it’s expensive just a little less so, and that’s fine. It seemed like it might fun to walk through this store and do some wishful thinking while checking it out. My friend and I walked into their showroom today. There were 3 grown women behind the counter who were chatting and seemed happy when we walked in, but stopped talking immediately the second we walked in. Maybe they were talking about something inappropriate, or maybe they were just trying to act professional. I don’t know. All I know is that all 3 of them stared at us in an extremely uncomfortable manner from behind the counter. No greeting, no «How may I help you?» no smile, no nothing. They all just stood there staring at us like deer caught in headlights. My friend and I walked past this counter and got about 5 feet away, and all of them started cracking up like they just couldn’t handle it. Did we look funny? Are we the«type of people» that aren’t welcome to shop at such an upscale retailer? I have no idea. All I know is that once they all started cracking up I walked out and my friend followed me. She says she heard one of them say«Maybe they heard what you said?». We didn’t hear whatever was said, nor do we have any idea if it was directed at us(although we were the only two people in the store). I would consider this a totally hostile and uncomfortable environment to shop in and would not recommend it to a friend. Whatever’s going on behind that counter — ugh. Felt like a bunch of snotty cheerleaders making fun of you on the playground.

This cookware is way over priced. You can get the same results with plain ol’ cast iron pans. Who needs an orange pan anyway?

OK, folks, stop complaining that you can’t find anything cheap in this outlet store… it’s Le Creuset, for cryin’ out loud! Of course it’s not cheap! If you are anyone who uses Le Creuset, you will quickly notice that their prices here are less than HALF of what you’ll pay retail. Period. Prices here rival what you will find used on Craigslist. Plus, the workers are nice. Thanks for all the help, Charlotte! Oh, by the way: this is absolutely the best cookware known to man.

Unlike many outlet stores you won’t come in here and find anything really cheap. I guess that isn’t completely true because you could buy some silicon spatula or Dutch oven magnets. This store is good though. It does allow one to trim a few bucks off the steep prices. The selection is pretty good and they have plenty is stock. I think the prices beat out those of even Marshall’s or Home Goods. Bottom line is that these products are good enough for barefoot contessa, iron chefs, and now they grace my kitchen. The product seems superb and outlet prices sure beat what Williams Sonoma would charge.

I like to cook as does my wife & if you like to cook you need good ingredients, good heat & good cookwear & some of the best is Le Creuset. The classic is Oven sets Made of enameled cast iron, which distributes heat slowly and evenly, almost any recipe can be prepared in these pieces. Le Creuset is not cheap hence come to the outlet store at birch Run, by the time you are finished with sales & discounts for full sets you are close to half the price of somerset mall stores. Well worth the price of gas to get here.
