Took a computer in to Redline that was purchased from them because it kept locking up and never worked properly from day one. When I went to pick it up from them the third and final time I took it in, they said they had sent it into Asus and they sent them a whole new computer. They flat out lied to me because the serial number was the same. On top of that they person who gave me the computer back to me said sorry that it had been back for quite awhile(months?) and they never called me. This was apparent because of the layer of dust on it. The final straw was when they didn’t have my original box I brought in to them to make shipping to Asus easier. I ended up taking the computer to a friend that works in IT for a large engineering firm, he ended up replacing the hard drive and it has worked beautifully since then. Redline is very unorganized and very unprofessional to flat out lie to a customer. I will never use them again and have been telling all my friends not to. Also have heard stories from others about bad customer service they received. I wish you could give them no stars better yet, negative stars…

Mike Hines is awesome to work with. They took my 8, okay… maybe 10 year old computer, and updated to current. Took my hard drive in, they transferred all my photos, all my emails from outlook express, 3 different accounts, all my documents, to the new hard drive. They set up all the email accounts so they were up and running when I plugged it in. That was my nightmare and one of the reasons I have waited so long to update. Photos, documents, storage. Mike spent time with me asking me how I went about various tasks, which enabled him to pull in files that were not automatically pulled in,(in which the other programmer missed when I purchased a laptop last year) It is frustrating enough without problems. Avoid the frustration, problems and save yourself time and $$$. Call Mike Hines at Redline Computers.
