Anyone would agree that travel is stressful. This is not the place for a restful overnight stay. While the building is reasonably kept up, the nearby highway(I-90) is also guest in your room. I am near the middle of the hotel and the noise from the highway is EXCESSIVE. Another guest in the hotel had the misfortune to be in a room at the end of the corridor(room closest to the highway) and he said he couldn’t sleep due to the noise. When I returned to the room this eve, I turned on the TV to catch the news and was startled to see the tv was tuned to a premium movie channel — not the local channel I watched last night. Just how long was housekeeping in the room??? CREEPY!!! Will not stay at the HHilton property again.

I’m so disappointed. The hotel is nice enough, but unfortunately I left my Clarisonic face brush in the bathroom last weekend, and it has apparently disappeared into thin air. I realize I’m at fault for leaving it behind, but would hope the Hampton Inn employed honest people and would have it returned. It’s expensive($ 250) so I’m sure someone knew they could resell it. I’ve called multiple times, but no luck. I won’t be returning to this hotel on any trips to Billings, business or personal.

I couldn’t get into the newer Hampton so I should have stayed at a different property. Check is was OK but finding your room is confusing, they have two sides and if you get in the wrong elevator you can’t get to your side. It’s just a goofy thing but annoying. My room was fairly clean upon check in but not spotless. Breakfast was not the best, the eggs were like marbles, hard and round, the round«mystery meat» was just plain nasty! My work colleagues were at the newer Hampton and the breakfast there was far more appetizing. Soft eggs and real meats, bacon and sausage. The final straw come after returning to my room for my final night after a long day. Housekeeping didn’t clean my room! I called the front desk, after 30 rings or so a kid answers and says«hello» I ask«is this the front desk?» He replies«redo, front desk this is Justin» laughing… I inform Justin that housekeeping didn’t clean my room, he said that’s weird, they were there today. Not getting the point I tell him my trash is full, towels are dirty, and bed wasn’t made. Justin says he’ll tell housekeeping in the morning! Awesome customer service! Service failures used to mean something at a Hilton property, clearly not any more!

I always like staying here! Pretty good breakfast, nachos popcorn and cookies in the evenings, decent workout room and comfortable beds!

This Hampton Inn seems to be cutting corners. Poor maid service, no table or no desk in room, no fridge or microwave. This used to be a great place, now over priced. HHonors difficult to reseem, also.

This is a fairly modern hotel in Billings but it’s not that big for large groups. There are two other HHonors properties in Billings if this one doesn’t suit you. The breakfast is the same as at all Hampton Inns.

I am not a big fan of hotels that go for less than a hundred a night. However, i was in town visiting my newborn grandaughter, my daughter and her husband, and was just looking for a clean safe hotel in which to spend a couple nights. I got so much more than that here at the Hampton Inn Billings. I can’t think of a time when i’ve been more pleased with a hotel. Seriously! I’ve paid in excess of 250 bucks a night and didn’t get the service i did at this hotel. From the big beautiful beds with uitra luxurious pillow top mattresses, to the large 34 inch TV with exceptional choices for viewing. To the 24 hour indoor heated pool and hottub, that came in handy as it was cold and snowing outside. Very clean and well appointed hotel from the lobby, to the 24 hour computer room with internet provided free of charge, to the great rooms. The front desk people, the housekeepers, and the breakfast buffet people all had big smiles, friendly greetings, and went out of their way to make sure everything was provided for us and then some. The breakfast was amazing. I’m used to having a basic breakfast provided at some hotels. This was way beyond my expectations all around. Fresh fruit, delicious yogurt, fresh baked bread choices, orange juice hot eggs, and sausage, coffee that was actually good and strong, and the topper was you could make your own homemade waffles with their waffle iron and enjoy real maple syurp and fresh butter with it. I went back for seconds. Very very pleased with this hotel. When i’m back to visit my grandaughter again, this will always be my hotel choice while in Billings, hands down. Highly reccomend! A+++++
