Lying liars. That’s all. Dishonest scoundrels. These scamsters practice the ‘bait and switch’, as well as straight up false advertising. Yeah, you’ll get your correct bandwidth and speed, but only if no one else uses the Internet. And then your price jumps with no warning. I want a class action against these robbers.

Horrible customer service and I’m not surprised by the way they treat their employees! I have talked to multiple people who were and are treated horribly working there! I will make sure none of my friends or family ever work there!!! Wish there was another good option for internet!

One star is a lot. Worst customer service ever. I went to the main office to dropped all the equipment and cancel internet service which was the last we had with them at the beginning of November and never got a receipt for it and then little we know we received an email at the beginning of December stating that we owed them 79.31 and it was bc the Internet option was never disconnected. When I try to argue with the lady on the phone it was pointless since she said there was no date of when was the equipment returned that it only said it was return. Will never recommend this cable company EVER!!! Unfortunately they have a monopoly in billings MT so we went with dish.
