Burger King

It’s a chain. People were nice, food was hot and tasty. The stand out here was the jovial nature of the staff. I was intrigued by how engaging they were. Keep it up ya’ll, I don’t 4 star many chains!

Background — Still on that road and needed some quick food.
Atmosphere — Used the drive thru, but the exterior looks a lot older than most.
Food
Drinks — Hot, very hot cup of a special blend of Seattle’s Best Coffee.
Food — Two small breakfast burritos, surprising better than expected.
Service — Able to order and got everything we needed.
Future — If I am lucky I won’t be here for years.

The place is pretty clean. The staff is a little slow on the uptake. No customers, except a few at the window & they didn’t pay attention to their counter.
The fellow that did help us was new & enthusiastic. Sundaes were a new deal for him, but he gave it his best. He was pleasant & smiling.
Restrooms were fairly clean. Could have had a little more attention.

Burger King #9084 — 2813 Old Hardin Road in Billings in Billings, Montana
Senior citizen got charged .10 cents for a cup for water with paid meal. Other young mom didn’t get charged for a cup for water.
Enjoyed our meal. Asked for & got the .10 back. Shouldn’t have had to. They wadded up my receipt & kept it. Can’t report online, so here it is. Also charged .30 for a tomato when I only asked how much it was. Didn’t mention that to them. Asked for pickles, said he’d mark it special & I wouldn’t get charged for them. It was marked special on the ticket. No pickles. Had to go back & ask for them.
I’m diabetic & can’t drink carbonated beverages so they want me to pay extra when others don’t?
We’re full time on the road, drive through here often enough.
