my fiancé & I frequent this branch often as its where our prescriptions are sent. We typically are recognized right away by the nicest young man behind the pharmacy counter who greets us politely & helps us with all our needs. the reason for the 3 stars was because of the experience this morning.
while waiting for a prescription to be filled, my fiancé saw 3 middle-​aged employees back there just sitting on their asses talking badly about the young man who manages this rite aid (seemingly because they felt superior… they referred to him as «THE KID») — meanwhile, the manager & our usual guy appeared to be doing THEIR jobs, probably trying to avoid their bad attitudes & poor professionalism.
5 stars to those 2 young men because I really appreciate good customer service.

We have been visiting this store often as my wife had been able to find good deals via their rewards program. For example, today we spent about $ 18.50 and received points equivalent to $ 18 to be used towards a future purchase. We have an ample supply of toothbrushes, toothpaste, and various chocolates because of deals like this. As for this particular store, it is neat, clean, and well organized. Items are also in stock compared to the brand’s other locations.
