I was at Pro Nails yesterday for acrylics. I received a full set, and they looked great! This morning, I was attempting to fasten my necklace, and the left forefinger chipped. I stopped by today and asked to have it repaired. The technician whom assisted proceeded to file the corner of the nail, and repainted it stating the acrylic was not damaged. Now I have a fingernail that is missing a corner, and looks ridiculous! This was a cheap shortcut, and is completely unacceptable! After taking the time out of my very busy day to have what was obviously inferior work to begin with, I was severely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and concern to make things right! I will not return!

If you are not using their online process for appointments, don’t bother stopping by. You can walk in but all of the online bookings get taken first and there is always over a hour wait.

Received a gift card as a Mother’s Day present, went in as a walk in and was told 45 minutes and we could do some shopping if we wanted. Went right next door to Burlington Coat Factory was there for about a ½ hour and went back into the place. A woman that was there right before us saw us sitting there and stated they had taken 3 people after her. I thought maybe they had appointments so didn’t say anything. Waited and hour and a half and left. Will never go there again.

So tonight I had the worst customer experience of my life. I went to pro nails in the planet fitness plaza in Billerica to have my terrible gel manicure corrected. It cracked in less than a week and the color was uneven. From the moment I explained my situation they tried everything they could to blame me or suggest I was lying. The manicurist continued to be rude and also accused me of lying. They wouldn’t let me choose the color I wanted because it was OPI, instead they insisted I use a cheap no name brand. It was without a doubt the most infuriating experience ever.

I just moved to the Billerica area and had a free afternoon, so I decided to go to this nail salon. I had read the reviews and decided that because there were more better reviews than poor reviews, I would give it a shot. The interior décor is very nice and there were plenty of people inside on a Friday afternoon.
They took me right away, but kept asking me something I could not understand until one of the ladies pointed to a sign in book and said ‘sign’. I asked for a mani pedi and was bombarded with questions about acrylic, gel, etc. I politely declined and was led to the pedicure station.
The seats were very uncomfortable. I understand that it’s a massage chair but it felt like I was sitting on rocks. The woman doing my pedicure was ‘Cindy’ and she was terrible. I have no other way to describe it. She asked me if I wanted a ‘spa pedicure’ and I said okay. The ‘spa’ pedicure consisted of having my heels scraped raw, to the point of pain, having my cuticles bleeding, and having gray mud on my jeans. She was chatting with the worker next to her the entire time.
However, the actual pedicure was not too bad. My toes look decent and not the worst pedicure outcome I’ve ever had. The manicure was extremely quick and she did not cut any of my cuticles.
Overall I’m disappointed. While not completely terrible I am going to keep looking for a nail salon to go to regularly.

Took my daughter and I as walk ins right away which we thought was great. Come to find out there was a reason for it! The woman doing my pedicure Cindy never said hello didn’t listen to anything I asked and spoke only to the girl next to her
Then she and another worker started complaining in English about how unfair it is working there and how the cleaning rotation isn’t fair etx.
So much for a relaxing time!
Would not hurry back

I don’t know why people have bad things to say about this place. I’ve been getting gel manicures here since they became popular in 2011. I moved away from Billerica a couple of years ago and of course since then, I’ve had to go to other salons when I’m not in the area visiting my parents. I’ve probably gone to 10 different places, even on Newbury Street, and no where has done as good of a job as Pro Nails. They come out perfect every time and all of the technicians do a great job. Truly the best place I’ve been!

I called ahead to make an appointment. I was told to come by in 10 minutes. I get to the salon and they’re closed. Don’t spend your money at a place that lies to customers and is rude.

Got my nails and eyebrows done here. They did an amazing job with both! Will definitely come back. Prices are great, too.

Took me right away as walk-​in. Staff friendly. Mani, pedi, massage all reasonable.

I was in need of a new salon after going to other ones that just weren’t cutting it (Rushed manicures, ugly nails, horrible service, etc.) so I decided to try Pro Nails. I’m so happy that I did because my nails have never looked better. I have gotten gel manicures, acrylics and a pedicure here and have been very pleased. Great service, large variety of nail polish colors (regular and gel), reasonable prices and they offer coupons on their website. I highly recommend Pro Nails!

I was not satisfied with the service. But I give one star for the fancy décor.
I had booked an appointment there for my friends and I. It was for their birthdays and boy was it the wrong thing to do. The service was pretty rushed and some of our nails were unfiled and sloppy paint job.
I would opt others to try somewhere else.

Deluxe pedicure and a manicure with Tracy. Great job and my legs and feet are very soft. If you have time try the deluxe pedicure. I will definitely go back to see Tracy.
