Had water damaged equipment from the frequent water that gets into the studios. It sits next to the shawsheen river and ground water and flooding are a constant problem. When the water isn’t there, mold grows on your cymbals and guitars also. It is dirty and not kept clean, the owner yelled at us for parking in the front of the building originally where he told us too, but he is trying to open a restaurant and wants all the parking for those people not us. We moved out because of the high rent, crappy conditions, the lack of security, and our gear getting destroyed.
