Very average company. Some of the interactions with the company were rather rude. I would highly recommend speaking directly with Hannah or Melanie at the store, they were super helpful and seemed to actually like talking with customers (they would get five stars if everyone at the store were as good as them). The manager proved to be very difficult. If you have specific instructions, don’t expect them to be followed. There is definitely a disconnect in communication between the set up crew and the office (not sure which side had the problems) because we had issues with the set up time and location. In general, they have an okay product/​service at okay prices. Like everything else, customer service is average (I was rather disappointed given that we were a very large returning customer), so don’t expect anything beyond the basics.

We worked with Party Plus for our wedding and had a fantastic experience start to finish. From the very first phone call many months ago, everyone at Party Plus has been extremely helpful, accommodating, and easy to work with.
We had to adjust our order a number of times, switch tents, table sizes, etc, and they never made it seem like a big deal, even though we’re sure it was annoying at times. We really appreciated that and cannot recommend this company highly enough. We were traveling on Thursday when everything was being delivered, and were really pleased (but not surprised) to find all the rentals were at our venue and in the correct places by the time we arrived. The tent was amazing — the perfect size for the venue location.
